Trey Daniel
Director of Acquisitions
Mr. Daniel joined the company in February 2024 and is responsible for leading and expanding INDUS' acquisition efforts in various markets across the country. He joined the company from Alpha Industrial Properties (AIP), where he worked on over 14 million square feet of industrial acquisitions in several markets. Prior to AIP, Mr. Daniel worked at Columbia Property Trust, where he focused on acquisitions, dispositions, development investments and asset management for a portfolio of office buildings in New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Washington, DC.
Mr. Daniel received a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alabama.
