Trey Daniel

Mr. Daniel joined the company in February 2024 and is responsible for leading and expanding INDUS' acquisition efforts across various markets nationwide. Prior to joining INDUS, he served at Alpha Industrial Properties (AIP), where he played a key role in acquiring more than 14 million square feet of industrial properties nationwide. Prior to AIP, Mr. Daniel was with Columbia Property Trust, where he focused on acquisitions, dispositions, development investments, and asset management for a portfolio of office buildings in New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alabama.
