Mr. Annis joined the company in July 2024 and serves as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where he is responsible for leading INDUS’ financial strategy, with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, and capital markets activities. Prior to joining INDUS, Mr. Annis worked at Seritage Growth Properties, supporting its strategic review and plan of sale. Before Seritage, he was with Related Companies, focusing on budgeting and financial reporting across the Hudson Yards, Hospitality, and Senior Living platforms.
Mr. Annis holds an M.S. in Finance from DePaul University and a B.S. in Economics from Syracuse University.
