Cynthia Brown, CPM®
Director of Property Management
Ms. Brown joined INDUS in 2025 and leads the company’s property management team, overseeing all aspects of operations and maintenance across its logistics portfolio. She brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on property management, lease administration, and property accounting. Prior to joining INDUS, she served as National Director of Real Estate Operations at Medxcel and held earlier roles in Property Operations at Link Logistics and in CBRE’s Asset Services and Property Management division.
Ms. Brown holds a B.B.A. and an M.P.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Indianapolis. She is an active member of IREM, CCIM, and BOMA, having served on BOMA’s International Executive Committee from 2018 to 2020.
