Gordon DuGan

In June 2023, Mr. DuGan became Executive Chairman following the company's acquisition by affiliates of Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and GIC. Prior to assuming this role, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of INDUS as a publicly traded REIT beginning in March 2020. With over 30 years of investment experience, he is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Blackbrook Capital, where his focus is on European industrial and net leased investments. Previously, Mr. DuGan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Gramercy Property Trust, a publicly traded company specializing in industrial properties that was acquired by Blackstone Equity Partners VIII, LP in 2018. Prior to that, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at W.P. Carey & Co., overseeing its growth to over $10 billion in assets under management and establishing the European investment business for both W.P. Carey and Gramercy Property Trust.

In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Mr. DuGan is a former member of the Board of Governors of NAREIT. He is involved in organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations and serves as the Treasurer of the Innocence Project. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman and Independent Director of NewLake Capital Partners. Mr. DuGan holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
