Carolina Tradeport II - Old Statesville Road is a Class A industrial development in Charlotte, North Carolina. INDUS initially master-planned and procured approvals for a three-building, 521,000 square foot industrial park on the site. In 2021, INDUS changed the course of this development by entering into a long-term lease of the entire project site to a leading e-commerce company, then re-designed the project to accommodate a build-to-suit/lease of an approximately 141,000 square foot last-mile industrial/logistics facility along with excess parking that would utilize all of the site’s previously approved development capacity. Sitework began in late February 2021, and the building became operational in October 2021.
