Carolina Tradeport I is a first-class industrial development in Concord, North Carolina. INDUS purchased 215 International Drive and then master-planned the development of 160 & 180 International Drive in the park, for a total of three Class A logistics buildings aggregating approximately 560,000 SF. Sitework began in late 2018, and the project was completed by year-end 2019. The park features tilt-wall construction, market-leading clear heights, and surplus trailer parking. The park offers easy access from all four directions via I-85 and I-485, with efficient double diverging diamond intersections at both the Poplar Tent Road/I-85 and Hwy 73/I-85 exits.
